Dr. Tonnie J. Wulff was born and raised on a farm in Stockton, Il. She completed her undergraduate work at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN, where she developed a love for the sport of rugby. The physical nature of rugby led Tonnie to seek out NSA for relief of her neck and shoulder pain and numbness in her arms. The technique worked so well for her that she decided to train to become an NSA practitioner.

While in school, Tonnie accompanied 21 other students on a mission trip to India. There she helped hundreds of people through NSA care.

Tonnie studied NSA under several mentors, which lead her to New Zealand to do her internship. Upon graduation from school, Dr. Wulff went back to New Zealand for 10 months to work as an NSA practitioner. During her time in New Zealand, Tonnie played rugby with the Marist Women's Rugby Club who won the New Zealand Women's Premier Rugby Competition.

Tonnie is now in Hastings, Minnesota practicing Network Spinal Analysis and continues to play rugby with the Amazon Women's Rugby Team and coach the Hastings High School Girl's Rugby Team.
